YOU WILL FIND EVERY THING IN THE FILE SEARCH ABOUT THE ENGINEERING DISASTERselect an engineering disaster and provide and analysis of the incident that contains following: a description of what happened: this should be no more that one paragraph in length. a summary of the post-incident investigation and its root-cause detemination.-your opinion no where in the life-cycle the root cause could have been found and how-your opinion as to what could have been done in the product architecture to prevent this disaster.-if this was not a software disaster how do this incident and the lessons learned relate to software design why did you select this particular disaster? what personal lessons have you learned(i.e. how have you changed as an engineer after studying this disaster)
